Mike began playing and taking lessons for guitar at age eight. In 2010, he made the move to southern Ohio where he began playing at different venues like Little River Café and Caesar's Creek Flea Market. Between the years of 2013 and 2014, Mike made quite a few trips to Nashville for writer's rounds and open mic nights. He made the move to Nashville in 2015 where he began his journey at The World Famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge. Since being in Nashville, he has opened for amazing upcoming artists such as Granger Smith, William Michael Morgan, and Craig Campbell. Mike says, "the greatest reward are the fans I've made in the honky tonks who have supported my music, who have traveled back to Nashville to hear more, and who actually request the songs I've written. It makes it all worth while."
